📋 Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in HR or People Operations in high-growth environment
• Experience leading payroll and benefits administration across multiple regions
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Dayforce)
• Experience with HR data, reporting, and maintaining data quality
