You'll lead the opening team at a new West Hartford location, focusing on hiring, coaching, and developing a diverse hourly staff. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, coach, and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff.
• Lead service components including food quality and customer service.
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops and in-store recognition programs.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thurs-Sun.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams and an Applicant Tracking System.
• Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality.

• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens.
