💼 About This Role

You'll join the Risk, Compliance & Capital office to strengthen Wakam's risk management and internal control framework within a fast-growing Insurtech. You'll formalize and update control procedures and contribute to partner audits. This role stands out for its exposure to digital and AI-driven optimization initiatives in internal control.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Formalize and update level 1 and level 2 controls
• Conduct partner controls to ensure compliance with standards
• Perform second line of defense controls
• Identify opportunities for control simplification and automation

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in audit, risk management, or finance
• Solid knowledge of risk management and internal control frameworks (three lines of defense)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Professional proficiency in French and English
