💼 About This Role

You'll partner with enterprise customers to guide AI agent deployments and drive adoption of Decagon's conversational AI platform. You'll act as a strategic advisor, blending relationship management with hands-on execution to ensure customers achieve meaningful outcomes. This role offers a chance to shape the Agent Success function at a high-growth company backed by top VCs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build long-lasting partnerships and act as strategic advisor to customers
• Co-pilot customers through deployment from scoping to full adoption
• Continuously learn product features and AI industry best practices
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years customer-facing experience in a technical B2B SaaS role
• Proven experience managing large customers and driving cross-functional projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences
• Strong technical acumen with passion for agent building processes
