This role sits at the center of engineering execution and portfolio delivery, ensuring that complex R&D programs are delivered with consistency, predictability, and high quality. You'll align execution with strategic roadmaps and enable strong cross-functional collaboration across engineering, quality, regulatory, and operations teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of program managers
• Define and implement program management standards and best practices
• Oversee a portfolio of complex engineering programs
• Drive portfolio planning, prioritization, and resource allocation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience
• Proven experience leading program managers and managing large, complex portfolios
• Strong understanding of engineering workflows and design control environments
• Experience working in regulated industries
