Description
In this role, you'll partner with Engineering leadership to build healthy, high-performing teams within a ~330-person engineering org. You will translate business strategy into a clear people roadmap, lead organizational design and workforce planning, and enable the transition to an AI-first organization through capability building and change leadership.
Requirements
- Senior People Partner experience in a complex organization (1000+ employees, matrixed leadership)
- Strong understanding of engineering org dynamics, scaling patterns, and team health drivers
- Strong business acumen with ability to connect people decisions to product roadmap and engineering productivity
- Demonstrated capability in org design, change leadership, and workforce planning
- Data-driven and pragmatic, using org health and people metrics to drive action
Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering leadership to build high-performing teams across a ~330-person engineering org
- Translate business strategy into a prioritized people strategy roadmap (org health, capability needs, leadership, talent, culture)
- Lead organizational design and workforce planning, including target structures and reorgs
- Enable the transition to an AI-first organization through capability building and change leadership
- Run core people processes (performance cycle, calibrations, leveling, compensation) for Engineering
