You'll join the GTM Sales Team at Notion, a company building an all-in-one workspace that connects docs, notes, projects, and AI. You'll be instrumental in building pipeline, generating revenue, and expanding strategic accounts while defining sales motions and providing customer feedback. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Prospect and develop new accounts by educating on Notion's benefits
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify expansion opportunities
- Hold meetings and product demos to close business at or above quota
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to improve sales motion
📋 Requirements
- 1-3 years of full cycle sales at a fast growing software company
- Track record of hitting or exceeding quotas in current and previous roles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with ambiguity and find creative solutions

- Experience as an early sales hire at a fast growing startup
- Strong technical background
- Experience selling through Partners or new logo acquisition
