Description

You will coordinate and deliver the live show for players, including new content, events, and offers, partnering with cross-disciplinary teams to drive planning, execution, and launch readiness. The role focuses on translating live ops strategy into clear deliverables and improving processes and tooling.

Requirements

• 6+ years production experience on live service games with frequent live events
• Experience shipping live operations content (events, offers, battle passes, calendars)
• Strong planning and execution fundamentals: scope, milestones, dependency mapping, risk management
• Clear communicator who can align stakeholders and keep teams unblocked
• Bonus: Experience with mobile RPGs or midcore/core games with complex economies, gacha, and event systems

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day planning and execution for live beats
• Translate Live Ops strategy into clear scope, timelines, and dependencies
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Product, Design, Engineering, QA, Art, Economy, Data, and Release
• Own launch readiness including checklists, quality gates, and risk management
• Facilitate operating rhythm: planning, execution syncs, risk reviews, post-mortems
