Description

As an (Associate) Consultant in Financial Services, you will work on exciting projects for banks and insurance companies, developing innovative solutions in areas like performance improvement, sustainability, risk & compliance, AI, and customer experience. You'll collaborate with expert teams to support clients from conception to implementation of digital initiatives.

Requirements

• Outstanding bachelor's and/or master's degree in business, technical, or IT field, preferably combined with banking or insurance training
• Multiple internships completed during studies, preferably in financial services and/or consulting
• Knowledge of current trends, challenges, and key financial metrics in banking or insurance
• Interest in digital transformation in financial services, with strategic and analytical skills
• Excellent German and English skills, flexibility and willingness to travel

• Shape trends and ensure future viability of banks in areas such as performance improvement, sustainability, risk & compliance, AI, and customer experience
• Collaborate with your team to develop valuable solutions for complex client requirements
• Support clients from conception to implementation of innovative digital initiatives including process optimization, IT architecture, and data-driven business models
