You'll act as a liaison between Operations and Engineering teams, ensuring smooth technical functioning of core online Geo products. You'll analyze and resolve complex tool and hardware problems, and collaborate closely with program management and engineering to file bugs and escalate issues. This role offers the chance to work with geospatial technologies and Python scripting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze and resolve tools and hardware problems
• Act as technology expert for Geo Operators and Program Managers
• Coordinate tool releases and test fixes/changes
• Submit code changes and develop new dashboards as needed

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in a similar domain
• ArcGIS desktop and server experience
• Python and SQL scripting knowledge
• High school graduate or equivalent

• FME knowledge
• AI literacy
