🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring teams to move senior candidates through the interview process
• Own interviewer management and align availability with engineering teams
• Schedule candidate interviews, travel, and logistics accurately
• Manage ad hoc talent projects including data and reporting

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles
• Experience with high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a technology organization
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Greenhouse ATS
