💼 About This Role

You'll join a mission-driven team to provide maintenance and repair for heavy equipment and aerial lifts at EquipmentShare's Provo facility. You'll use proprietary technology to diagnose issues faster and work smarter. This role offers year-round OEM training and a chance to transform the construction industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Diagnose issues by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models
• Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel system repairs
• Complete paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed

📋 Requirements

• Must own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and schematics
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record

✨ Nice to Have

• Trade school certificate preferred
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements preferred
