💼 About This Role

You'll own data science end-to-end at Rundoo, turning ambiguous business questions into crisp analysis and building lightweight internal systems for a high-growth company serving independent supply stores. You'll be a thought partner to GTM, product, and finance leaders, proactively surfacing anomalies and opportunities as the business scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver high-trust analysis on clear timelines.
• Translate business problems into analysis and system requirements.
• Build and maintain internal decision systems for reproducibility.
• Partner with GTM teams to move analysis to action.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in data science or applied ML in high-growth environment
• Strong applied statistics and experimentation foundation
• Proven ability to scope ambiguous problems and drive decisions with stakeholders
• Comfort writing production-quality Python and building maintainable internal systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Sales/GTM teams (pipeline, pricing, territories)
• Experience building internal analytics tooling on cloud infrastructure
• Experience in early-stage startups building v1 systems
