You'll join a micro-service architecture team to build the next generation of Talkdesk. Your work will directly impact scalable, stable cloud-based applications for enterprise customers. This role offers autonomy and technical influence in a company disrupting the CCaaS industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain microservices and APIs
• Design scalable solutions using code to support business functions
• Implement integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware
• Engage with Product and engineering teams to ensure requirements are met

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience in cloud-based applications
• Proficiency with Kotlin, Java, and Spring Boot
• Experience with microservices architecture, APIs, and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Experience with storage technologies like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch

• Experience scaling global web applications
