Description

As a Senior Solutions Architect at Alloy, you will be the technical lead on client implementations, conducting architectural overviews, integrating APIs, and ensuring successful launches. You'll advocate for product evolution and support production launches.

Requirements

• 4+ years implementing and supporting complex technical products
• Hands-on problem solver with client-facing experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with REST APIs
• Preferred: backend development (Node.js, Python) or web development (JavaScript, React)

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead on client implementations and larger projects
• Conduct technical and architectural overviews to propose product solutions
• Integrate Alloy's API into client applications
• Run end-to-end testing for client go-live
• Advocate for product evolution and drive adoption of new capabilities
