Description

You will drive Charlie Health's national expansion by owning territory design, hiring strategy, and account assignment for the Outreach team. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient coverage and support growth initiatives, playing a key role in increasing access to behavioral healthcare.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 0-3+ years full-time work experience; internship in start-up, consulting, or investment banking preferred
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive self-starter with attention to detail
• Highly analytical; ability to construct data-driven recommendations

Responsibilities

• Own territory mapping and book building for Outreach team
• Partner with Outreach leadership and Talent Acquisition on workforce planning
• Support account assignment, regional reshuffling, and rep coverage changes
• Build and maintain analyses and planning tools for TAM, hiring strategy, capacity planning
• Conduct analyses of business metrics to support data-driven decision-making
