You'll manage inventory and kit assembly for a global communications agency in Ciudad de México. You'll coordinate logistics and support administrative tasks for client campaigns. No prior agency experience required for this entry-level role.

• Manage inventory of supplies by brand in warehouse
• Coordinate inbound and outbound materials with proper storage
• Assemble and dispatch kits according to brand guidelines
• Support account team with logistical and operational tasks

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Inventory Management or related
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency
• Full-time availability Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
• Organized and proactive attitude
