💼 About This Role

You'll be the primary provider of direct services to guests at AEG venues, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. You'll scan tickets, operate coat checks, and monitor guest conduct to enforce venue policies. This role offers part-time opportunities in a dynamic live entertainment environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer guest questions and direct them to venue areas.
• Operate coat check rooms within established procedures.
• Scan tickets and administer wristbands for entry.
• Monitor guest conduct and alcohol consumption.
• Seat guests and assist ADA patrons.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for long periods.

• Previous experience working in events.
