• Use CAT software and digital tools to proofread and finalize transcripts.
• Build professional network within Texas court reporting organizations.
• Drive strategic staffing by developing coverage models and overseeing recruitment.

📋 Requirements

• Current Texas Certified Shorthand Reporter (CSR) license required.
• Deep knowledge of Texas procedural rules and transcript formatting standards.
• Significant court reporting experience with supervisory or leadership responsibility.
• Proficiency with CAT software (e.g., Case CATalyst, Eclipse) and digital audio tools.
