You'll lead delivery excellence across the entire Argentina client portfolio, driving strategy and operational health. You'll directly manage a team of Managers, mitigating risk and strengthening client trust. This role offers executive-level leadership and portfolio stewardship for a top-tier consulting firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide executive-level mentorship to a team of Managers
• Define and track strategic delivery metrics (Rocks and Scorecards)
• Manage client relationships and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews
• Lead technical architecture design for complex client solutions

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Engineering with 2+ years managing other managers
• Expert mastery of one modern programming stack (Node.js, Python, or Java)
• Advanced knowledge of database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB)
• Solid experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker)

• Familiarity with AI tools in SDLC
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Google Sheets)
