You'll join Unity's Vector AI team working on machine learning and causal inference at scale. Your research will directly improve ad campaign performance and advertiser outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and run experiments to improve ad performance and measurement quality.
• Develop scalable models for bidding strategy and user value estimation.
• Partner with engineering to bring research ideas into production.
• Analyze large datasets using statistical and machine learning methods.

📋 Requirements

• Academic background in machine learning, optimization, statistics, or econometrics.
• Fluency with large datasets using Python, R, SQL, or Spark.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Track record of rigorous, high-quality research.

• Experience in advertising, marketplaces, or recommendation systems.
