💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead Anrok's internal technology infrastructure as we scale. You'll own corporate IT, application security, compliance, and AI-powered internal tooling to enable a rapidly growing team to operate securely and efficiently. This is a high-impact role reporting to the COO, with direct influence over how the company runs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build infrastructure for AI-powered internal tools and LLM automations
• Lead application security program and partner with engineering
• Own corporate IT infrastructure and manage IT team
• Own all compliance obligations including SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in IT, security, or related technical role with 3+ years leadership
• Hands-on experience building or deploying AI/LLM-powered internal tools
• Strong application security fundamentals and risk evaluation
• Proven ownership of SOC 2 Type II renewals end-to-end
