You'll oversee HVAC equipment installation and start-up testing for a leading Central Florida service company. Your coordination ensures systems meet specs, codes, and client expectations. You'll lead a team and manage documentation for successful project close-outs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee HVAC equipment installation per project specs and codes
• Perform pre-functional checks, functional tests, and system balancing
• Maintain detailed records of start-up procedures and test results
• Diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues during start-up

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (College degree preferred)
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience (preferred)
• Ability to read construction blueprints and perform takeoffs
• Valid driver's license
