Description

You will work directly with F100 corporate clients on commercial real estate matters, drafting and negotiating real estate finance documents, and supporting internal teams. You will maintain strong collaborative relationships with business partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of significant transactional experience, preferably in-house
• Complex commercial real estate experience including finance, leasing, acquisitions, and sales
• Experience with leasing, purchases/sales, REIT, residential, property management, LL/T disputes
• Active bar license in good standing in state of residence
