You'll spearhead the 'Everyone a Changemaker' movement in Southeast Asia, building partnerships with media, educational, and corporate entities to make changemaking a societal norm. Your impact will involve scaling insights from Ashoka's network of social entrepreneurs. This role offers the chance to work with a global leadership team in an entrepreneurial, fluid environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Spearhead a global movement to increase changemaker identification
• Design and lead systems to extract insights from Ashoka Fellow innovations
• Drive resource generation through new revenue models and partnerships
• Build and integrate a team of teams across regions

📋 Requirements

• 15-20 years of related experience in social impact
• Founded a social impact organization or launched a movement
• Created partnerships with key actors to advance social impact
• Raised substantial funding for a mission or organization

• Experience working in Southeast Asia
• Background in education or youth development
• Fluency in a Southeast Asian language
