🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal documents
• Prepare financial disclosures, child support worksheets, and parenting plans
• Manage case calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely filings
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel professionally

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of family law paralegal experience
• Associate's degree in paralegal studies or equivalent
• Proficiency with legal software like Smart Advocate, Clio, or MyCase
• Strong typing skills and computer literacy in Microsoft Office

• Experience with e-filing systems
• Notary public certification
• Bilingual in Spanish
