💼 About This Role

You'll join Sonar's legal team to negotiate complex commercial contracts for a global software company serving 7M+ developers. You'll drive strategic alignment across sales, procurement, and IT, ensuring compliant and business-enabling solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Negotiate sales agreements, vendor contracts, and channel partnership deals.
• Collaborate with legal, sales, procurement, finance, and IT teams.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contract risks and negotiating strategies.
• Develop and maintain scalable contracting processes using technology.

📋 Requirements

• Bar admission with 4+ years commercial/technology experience.
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills for customer/vendor agreements.
• Understanding of software/SaaS contract issues.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams in fast-paced environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior in-house experience with an international tech company.
• Experience with contract management tools like Salesforce, LinkSquares.
