You will lead and elevate Alo's sourcing and procurement strategy across indirect spend categories, focusing on warehouse operations, packaging, and facilities. This role drives cost efficiency, unlocks value, and fuels growth in a fast-paced environment, balancing cost, service, speed, and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years progressive experience in indirect sourcing and procurement, ideally in retail.
• Proven success in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and complex negotiations.
• Strong relationship building, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead sourcing strategies across indirect spend categories (warehousing, packaging, facilities).
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and implement scorecards for performance improvement.
• Drive cost savings, value creation, and risk mitigation through structured sourcing processes.
• Partner cross-functionally to align sourcing priorities with business goals and influence senior leaders.
• Manage multiple sourcing projects, compile data, and present actionable insights for decision making.
