Requirements

• Experience in agricultural operations or precision farming technology
• Strong knowledge of autonomous systems and/or robotics in agriculture
• Leadership or supervisory experience in field operations
• Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Oversee autonomous tractor operation for safety and efficiency
• Identify and respond to safety issues or system malfunctions in real time
• Conduct quality checks on Laserweeder accuracy and recommend adjustments
• Supervise tractor drivers during manual operation and provide training
• Document system performance and report to engineering/operations teams
