💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership to provide an amazing customer experience and ensure fans get the merch they love. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets. You'll help eliminate hunger through BoxLunch's donation program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Cover sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
