You will lead the Analytics, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams, unifying the data organization into a Center of Excellence and enabling AI-driven product innovation. This leadership role partners with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to drive measurable business impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Science
• 5+ years leading multi-functional data teams
• Deep experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Dataflow, Vertex AI)
• Experience production-izing ML models in real-world applications
• Strong familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and product analytics (Amplitude, GA4)

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Analytics, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams
• Build and execute Data AI strategy aligned to company goals
• Own business intelligence platforms (Tableau, GA4, Amplitude) and standardize metrics
• Architect scalable GCP-based data infrastructure (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub)
• Lead development and productionization of ML models for marketplace performance
