Description

You will provide practical, business-focused guidance on employment law matters across North America. Partnering with HR, you'll draft employment documents, manage disputes, support restructurings, and ensure legal compliance across the employee lifecycle.

Requirements

• J.D. and member of the Bar in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 5+ years experience advising multinational companies on federal and state employment laws
• Experience in labor/employment issues in production and advertising preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and exercise excellent judgment

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR to evaluate legal risks across the employee lifecycle
• Draft, review and negotiate employment documents and agreements
• Assist with workplace investigations, claims and disputes
• Support management of employment claims and litigation with outside counsel
• Support workforce restructurings and reductions in force
