You'll partner with the executive recruiting team to identify and engage senior leadership talent across the entire Figma business. Your core impact will be leading in-depth talent mapping and market research to build actionable sourcing strategies. This role is less about volume and more about insight, precision, and influence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with executive recruiting team and hiring leaders to identify high caliber profiles
• Lead in-depth talent mapping and market research across industries and competitors
• Translate research into actionable sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines
• Identify and engage passive executive talent with personalized outreach

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of sourcing experience, with strong focus on executive hiring
• Deep experience in talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence
• Ability to build structured insights from ambiguous information
• Exceptional written communication skills for tailored outreach

• Experience in product-driven or design-led technology companies
