You'll assist the Development Lead in managing real estate projects from acquisition through construction and closeout. You'll begin taking lead on "projects within projects" while coordinating with city agencies, contractors, and internal teams. This role offers exposure to entitlements and construction oversight for a community-focused developer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Secure entitlements and permits from city agencies under supervision.
• Track construction progress and review tenant improvement requests.
• Prepare development budgets and monitor project costs.
• Manage project documents, invoices, and contract negotiations.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience in mixed-use, office, retail, or multi-family projects.
• Ability to analyze technical materials, financial reports, and legal documents.
