💼 About This Role

You'll own the execution of workforce systems that keep Hadrian's manufacturing training program running. You'll translate raw capability knowledge into structured content across skills matrices, documentation, and compliance systems. Your work directly impacts how quickly technicians get trained and certified for the factory floor.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Structure raw capability knowledge into skills matrix entries and compliance courses.
• Manage revision control and publish documentation updates across systems.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop trainee handbooks and new process documentation.
• Audit and maintain training documentation to meet WFD standards.
• Administer skills matrix and LMS data, ensuring accuracy for audits.

📋 Requirements

• Attention to detail with proven accuracy in documentation and data entry.
• Ability to translate unstructured information into clear, structured content.
• Experience with revision control processes for documentation.
• Systems literacy - ability to quickly learn and work within multiple platforms.
