🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals
• Help recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
• Create buzz through promotion of new products and social media
• Provide leadership in operational sound business practices
• Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll, and associate schedules

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
