💼 About This Role

You'll be cross-trained to support the full plant life cycle, from clone to harvest, helping to grow premium cannabis while maintaining top-quality standards. You'll make a meaningful impact by ensuring the health and productivity of the garden. This role offers hands-on experience in cannabis cultivation across all production stages.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform daily plant care including cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, and trimming
• Monitor humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions
• Inspect plants for leaf health, bloom size, pests, or disease and remove non-conforming plants
• Assist with harvest by cutting plants, trimming, weighing, and recording inventory

📋 Requirements

• Green thumb and passion for working with plants
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
• Sharp attention to detail for quality and consistency
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
