💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement AI self-service solutions using Google CCAI for large multi-site contact centers. You'll lead technical decisions and drive solution requirements as a key member of the Google delivery practice. This role offers the chance to pioneer in the AI space with a growing team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead voice and digital AI self-service solutions for contact centers
• Design and implement AI applications with Google CCAI
• Interface with clients to define solution requirements
• Collaborate on conversation design and integration with backend systems

📋 Requirements

• Fluent French and English verbal/written communication
• 8+ years of contact center architect experience
• 4+ years of AI solutions experience
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services (IAM, Storage, Networking, Cloud Run)

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google CCaaS or UJET
• Experience integrating WFO platforms (NICE, Verint, Alvaria)
• Experience with Dialogflow and JavaScript/NodeJS frameworks
