💼 About This Role

You'll own complex monthly closing activities in a high-volume, multi-entity environment, ensuring data integrity at scale and building solutions that eliminate recurring issues. Your work directly influences strategic decisions for business units and Managing Directors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take ownership of complex financial operations end-to-end during monthly closing.
• Prepare and maintain revenue and spend accruals to improve data quality.
• Ensure accurate intercompany reconciliation and provide data for foreign entities.
• Execute monthly allocations and recharges for reliable financial reporting.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Finance Operations or Accounting.
• Strong experience in high-volume, tech-driven environments with scalability focus.
• Deep understanding of AP/AR, billing, reconciliation, and financial data flows.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred).

• Fluent in German and English.
