🎯 What You'll Do

• Travel to a client home to provide skilled nursing care
• Follow and document doctors' orders accurately
• Assess and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

📋 Requirements

• LPN license in good standing in the state
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Valid nursing license as evidenced by transcript or diploma
