Description

As a Mechanical Designer at Agility Robotics, you'll use your Creo and Windchill expertise to create and manage CAD models and drawings for our next-generation humanoid robot, Digit, ensuring production-ready designs for demanding commercial deployments. You'll collaborate with mechanical engineers and cross-functional teams to support product design and manufacturing.

Requirements

• Expert in Creo (top-down modeling, drafting, library management)
• Expert in Windchill (promotion requests, file management, BOM management)
• Fluent in GD&T application to mechanical parts and assemblies
• Expert knowledge of sheet metal, machining, casting, or injection molding
• 5+ years of mechanical designer experience

Responsibilities

• Creo CAD model and drafting creation and management to Agility standards
• Sourcing OTS component models and integrating them in assemblies
• Updating CAD based on engineering analysis inputs
• Detail drafting of parts and assemblies
• BOM creation and management
