You'll respond to maintenance and repair service requests, carry out preventive maintenance tasks, and prepare apartments for turnovers at a student living property. Your work ensures safety and functionality of buildings and equipment, providing optimal service to residents in a fast-paced, collegiate environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform minor and routine maintenance/repair in a timely manner
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks like cleaning coils and lubricating equipment
• Prepare apartments for turnovers including basic appliance repair, carpentry, plumbing, painting
• Document work performed and parts used daily

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or intention to obtain within six months
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand 8+ hours per day
