🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customers
• Collaborate with Sales on seamless customer launch process
• Develop customer success plans and monitor KPIs
• Proactively prepare for critical customer events like go-lives

📋 Requirements

• IAM experience in identity and access management
• Customer Success role in a SaaS organization
• Cloud architecture understanding and on-premise integration
• Consulting and IT system implementation experience
