You'll lead planning performance through the Last Planner System® for a project solutions organization in Chandler, AZ. You'll coach teams, facilitate planning sessions, and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate Last Planner System® meetings and interfaces
• Coach project teams on planning processes
• Drive pull planning execution and collaboration
• Manage look-ahead and weekly work planning

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of construction experience
• Strong understanding of Last Planner System®
• Construction execution leadership experience
• Proficient in Excel

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 or similar platforms
• Ability to lead planning on complex projects
