You will support production customers by monitoring and maintaining a highly distributed, scalable global cloud infrastructure. Your mission includes automation, deployment, incident response, and ensuring platform performance and reliability.

Requirements

• 4+ years professional experience
• 2+ years with Microsoft Azure or other public cloud platform
• 1+ years with automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef
• Scripting in Bash, PowerShell, or Python
• Understanding of Container and DevOps technologies

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain highly distributed, scalable cloud infrastructure
• Manage incident resolution and root cause analysis
• Automate deployment of software to cloud environment
• Define and meet operational metrics (performance, incidents, capacity, availability)
• Build lifecycle processes to mitigate risk and ensure platform currency
