• Elicit and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Conduct impact analysis of process and technical changes
• Develop conceptual designs for technical solutions
• Document and analyze as-is processes to identify pain points

📋 Requirements

• Knowledge of business analysis techniques
• Knowledge of multiple SDLCs (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

✨ Nice to Have

• IIBA certification (CBAP, AAC, CPOA, CCA, or CBDA)
• Knowledge of process management techniques
• Experience working with onshore and offshore vendors
