💼 About This Role

You'll ensure the venue is fully functional before, during, and after events, performing maintenance tasks like painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs. You'll oversee cleaning schedules and assist with inspections to keep the facility in top condition.

• Perform daily, event, and scheduled cleaning and maintenance
• Repair and maintain building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC
• Inspect facilities to detect malfunctions and determine solutions
• Supervise part-time cleaners and coordinate with outside vendors

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of related work experience
• Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends
