🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex operating errors escalated from tier 1/help desk.
• Install, configure, and patch software and hardware updates.
• Configure, onboard, and maintain small office network equipment.
• Assist AV support for web conferencing and meeting rooms.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in a client-focused technical support role.
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems.
• Proficient in network fundamentals (IP, DNS, routing).
• Working knowledge of Active Directory.

✨ Nice to Have

• IT Certifications (Microsoft, Apple, ITIL, PMI).
• Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Citrix, HyperV).
