You'll serve as the first impression for patients at a Planned Parenthood health center, providing friendly and efficient front and back office support. You'll assist providers with procedures, blood draws, and patient education, directly impacting equitable reproductive healthcare access.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet patients and manage front desk operations
• Assist providers with in-office procedures and blood draws
• Provide patient education on reproductive and sexual health
• Process patient intake, insurance verification, and fee collection

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR certification within 90 days
• Customer service experience, preferably medical field
