You'll ensure the smooth performance of autonomous delivery robots by providing on-the-ground support. You'll assist robots with navigation, perform light maintenance, and document incidents to improve technology and operations. This role offers hands-on experience in a growing robotics company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain field readiness by supporting robots and ensuring timely response.
• Assist in deployment processes including robot preparation and inspection.
• Track and close escalation tickets with clear communication.
• Operate company vehicles to move or recover robotic units.
• Manage end-of-shift recovery, charging, and sanitizing robots.

📋 Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift and maneuver items up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable driving mid-size utility vehicles
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

• Experience with Jira
• 1 year in last-mile delivery or robotics
• Experience using work communication tools like Slack
